Shipping policy

Fredda products are manufactured to order. Production typically takes 10–14 business days before dispatch.

Once production is completed, delivery is arranged directly to the customer’s address.

Free door-to-door delivery is available within Tbilisi.

For deliveries outside of Tbilisi, shipping costs and timelines may vary. Customers are encouraged to contact us prior to placing an order to confirm delivery details.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, access conditions, and order volume. While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays caused by external factors such as weather or courier availability may occur.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information. Fredda is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
